Below are some of the most common faults to consider before returning your headset to us for a fixed price repair.

Batteries

  • Replace the old batteries with brand new ones
  • Make sure both batteries + and - are the correct way round
  • Clean battery contacts of any corrosion/dirt/dust

Moisture

  • Check that moisture has not built up inside the ear cups. If there is moisture in either cup, remove the hygiene kit
    and leave the headset to dry out overnight. Avoid leaving the headset in a hot place as it could damage the product.

If the problem persists after following the steps, fill out the form above and return it with the product, we will send your headset to the Sordin technical team who will repair your headset.

We offer a fixed price repair on certain products which guarantee the product will be repaired and restored to its best possible working order. This service consists of the following procedures.

  • Full product diagnosis
  • Hygiene kit and wind socks replacement (headsets only)
  • Service Headband slides as standard
  • Battery compartment service and battery replacement if required
  • Wiring serviced
  • PCB board replacement if required (depending on model)
  • Other replacement parts if damaged

Delivery

We ship our products worldwide, with varying costs and delivery time depending on the country.

 

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50
  • We typically provide next day delivery to the UK and EU, provided the order is placed before 13:00 BST Monday –  Thursday.
  • US and Canada delivery estimate is normally 2-3 days.
  • Everywhere else in the world can expect delivery within 7 days.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy that adheres to the following conditions, as well as the rest of the conditions set out within our Terms & Conditions.

 

  • You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you or your collection from a trade counter (as applicable). In relation to goods delivered to you, you may need to take delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order if the goods are placed into our delivery process before we receive your notice of cancellation. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 30 day cancellation period for the goods in your order runs from the date of the delivery of the last shipment to you.
  • On cancellation for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us (together with the original packaging) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after the day of the cancellation at your cost, unless we agree that you may dispose of them, in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods.
